**DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?**
Yes, you have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to return products to us.

**HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ITEM TO ARRIVE?**
Most orders ship within 2-3 business days, not including weekends or national holidays. Please note that the preparation for delivery process is not included in the overall shipping time. International delivery takes 10-21 business days for most countries.

**WHY HAVEN'T I RECEIVED MY TRACKING NUMBER YET?**
Items can take 3-4 days to be processed and shipped from our warehouse. Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
